DISCLAIMER
We make every effort to ensure that all equipment is in working order and that the surrounding environment is as pleasing as possible. In the event of an equipment breakdown, we will strive to repair or replace it as soon as possible after being notified of a problem. We cannot guarantee that televisions, appliances, etc. will not break down during your stay (especially with the unrelenting salt air) and therefore, no refunds or adjustments can be made for mechanical failure. We cannot take responsibility for any other unexpected situations beyond our control such as power outages, insects, weather, nearby construction and the like. Thank you for your understanding.
ALOHA COTTAGES STANDARD RATES
We request a one week minimum stay in either cottage, 2 weeks over the December holidays. Additional days are prorated at the weekly rate. An extended discount stay of 10% is offered for reservations of 4 or more weeks.
Sunrise & Moonrise Together Make Your Own Private Oasis
Rent: $6000 per week (save $300),
Deposit: A deposit of $1800 per week is required to confirm your reservation. The full rental fee is due 90 days before arrival. The deposit is returned to you after your stay, minus the cleaning fee.
Cleaning Fee: $750 We have adopted special cleaning and sanitizing practices to help keep our visitors safe due to COVID-19. This has increased our expenses with special products and increased cleaning time.
Sunrise Cottage,
Rent: $4950 per week, accommodating up to 6 people (including children)
Deposit: $1200 per week
Cleaning Fee: $500 Stays of 2 or more weeks are offered a complimentary interim cleaning, scheduled at your convenience.
Moonrise Cottage,
Rent: $1400 per week, accommodating 1-2 people (including children)
Deposit: $600 per week
Cleaning Fee: $250 Stays of 2 or more weeks are offered a complimentary interim cleaning, scheduled at your convenience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A security deposit is required to make reservations of which 50% is refundable if your reservations are cancelled at least 90 days before your arrival date. If we are able to rebook your dates we return your full deposit, minus $50 cancellation fee. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable unless we can rebook the property. (We would make every effort to do so.) Your security deposit will be returned to you, minus your outcleaning fee, within 30 days of your stay.
Please Note:
Aloha Cottages, as well as most accommodations located on or near the ocean on Kauai, are located in a tsunami evacuation zone. You will find detailed instructions and an evacuation and safe place map in your cottage to read over in case of this unlikely occurance.
